Customer Service Associate / Driver

This position primary responsibility is to provide efficient transport and delivery services for ReStore.

As a direct report to the Store Manager, this position will safely load, transport and deliver corporate and residential donations. ReStore Drivers/Merchandisers will adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while operating RMHFH vehicles. Additionally, this position will assist with processing merchandise in the warehouse for sale at the Restore.  Drivers/Merchandisers will assist and support in working with ReStore volunteers in the store.

Construction Supervisor

The Construction Supervisor is responsible for managing the completion of multiple high quality construction projects throughout the Richmond Metro area. This includes assisting with plan and site development, developing and implementing construction quality assurance methods, training and managing subcontractors and volunteers, and ensuring the affordable and timely completion of all projects.

This position ensures all projects are built with quality and in accordance with federal, state, local laws and RMHFH guidelines while balancing a commitment to the safety of all site personnel. This position requires demonstrated knowledge and expertise in construction, project material and cost estimation, site analysis and OSHA guidelines. Must also have excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to RMHFHs’ mission, structure and principles.

ReStore Manager

Basic Functions:  Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations, overall profitability and management of the store.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Manage operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
  • Manage ReStore Staff from hire to termination
  • Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
  • Maintain communication in volunteer network
  • Provide safe and clean environment for employees and customers

Warehouse Manager
