We are really excited to be working on the third and final phase of our neighborhood The Pillars at Oakmont, located in Historic Church Hill!  This phase will consist of six additional attached single-family homes, and joins nine homes already constructed.

Much of the labor for this project was donated by some very generous local businesses (see logos below).  Currently, families are being qualified to move into these homes.  This neighborhood is a multi-income neighborhood, some of the homes being sold to families and individuals who qualify for a traditional mortgage and some sold to our partner families.
