Database Coordinator

The Development Database Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day database gift entry and maintenance, along with the development of queries, custom reports, and other output. The database coordinator will ensure proper database organization and integrity; create and send prompt thank you letters to donors; reconcile all gift transactions; assist the Development Department in developing policies and procedures; and monitor data and gift entry to ensure data entry guidelines are followed.  The position is responsible for importing and exporting gifts and other information into the fundraising database and manually entering information that cannot be imported.

Annual Fund Director

The Annual Fund Director is responsible for day-to-day leadership of the Richmond Habitat Annual Fund programs as well as a portfolio of potential and new major donors in order to support the mission and vision of Habitat for Humanity.  This position is responsible for the development and management of a comprehensive, strategic, integrated effort to build Richmond Metro Habitat for Humanity’s base of donors and dollars.  The Annual Fund Director will coordinate a year-round acquisition and cultivation program that will involve direct mail, online donor cultivation, personal solicitation and donor stewardship and retention. The person in this role will oversee and manage all aspects of the daily operations of a successful Annual Fund program, including being responsible for meeting financial goals within our development program.
