Crawford is our newest rehab located across from Richmond International Raceway in Henrico County. This home was built about 10 years ago and needs just a bit of TLC to make it perfect for our new homeowner!

Nancy and her son 2 year old son will be moving into Crawford once it is completed. Currently, they live with Nancy’s parents in an overcrowded living situation. Nancy wants nothing more than a safe environment for her son to grow up in.

Nancy is so excited about her new home, stating, “I feel that this is nothing but a blessing from God. Owning my own home means so much to me. I’ve tried the traditional way, but with my income it just didn’t seem possible.”

Richmond Habitat, along with all of our wonderful donors and volunteers, is making that dream possible for Nancy and her son.
